Returns & Exchanges

At VICI Collection, we want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the ship date. Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final store credit amount.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse processes your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email within 5-7 business days.
